Role Description

This is a full-time, in office Technical SEO Executive role based in Gurgaon. The Technical SEO Executive will be responsible for conducting comprehensive SEO audits, identifying technical issues, and implementing fixes to improve site performance, crawlability, and indexation. Daily tasks include performing keyword research, optimizing on-page elements such as meta tags, headings, internal linking, and content structure, and collaborating with developers to ensure SEO best practices are applied to website architecture.

The role involves managing and monitoring link-building activities, analyzing traffic and ranking data, and preparing performance reports with actionable insights.



The Technical SEO Executive will also coordinate with the marketing team on social media marketing initiatives to support overall organic visibility and brand presence.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Keyword Research to identify relevant, high-impact search terms.
- Candidates should possess practical experience in On-Page SEO, including optimization of meta tags, headings, URLs, and content layout.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Link Building strategies and outreach techniques to develop high-quality backlinks.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with Social Media Marketing to support organic growth and brand awareness.
- Candidates should possess expertise in conducting SEO Audits using tools and analytics to diagnose technical and content-related issues.
- Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, popular keyword and site audit tools) is highly beneficial.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret data and recommend improvements.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams including developers and marketers.
- A relevant degree or certification in digital marketing, information technology, or a related field is preferred.
