Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate end-to-end production and technical execution for events, exhibitions, and brand activations.
- Manage fabrication of exhibition stalls, stage sets, display units, backdrops, and branding installations.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, layouts, dimensions, and production specifications.
- Coordinate with designers, fabricators, vendors, electricians, AV teams, and site teams.
- Supervise production, installation, dismantling, and on-site execution.
- Manage material planning, vendor coordination, production schedules, and quality checks.
- Coordinate LED screens, sound, lighting,



and other AV requirements with specialist vendors.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, material usage, and workmanship.
- Ensure site safety, quality standards, and timely project delivery.
- Resolve technical challenges and provide regular production updates to the management team.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of relevant experience in event production, exhibition fabrication, set production, or brand activations.
- Knowledge of fabrication materials, production processes, and on-site installation.
- Ability to understand technical drawings; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
- Strong vendor management, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and production documentation.
- Willingness to travel to project sites and work flexible hours during event execution.
