Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to selection, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent across business functions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, role expectations, and hiring priorities.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, communication, and cultural fit.
- Drive recruitment targets while ensuring quality of hire and timely closure of positions.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring reports, and recruitment MIS to ensure data accuracy and visibility.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.




- Support bulk and niche hiring requirements in a fast-paced, growing organization.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in EdTech, Education, Sales, or high-volume hiring environments.
- Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ownership, execution mindset, and ability to work in a target-driven workplace.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and deliver results within defined timelines.
