About the Role -

We are looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition Executive based in Guwahati who can independently manage end-to-end hiring across business functions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Sales and Credit hiring, along with the ability to understand business requirements, identify the right talent pools and drive hiring from sourcing to closure.

This is an execution-focused role for someone who enjoys working closely with stakeholders, building pipelines and delivering against hiring targets.

What you will do:

- Own end-to-end recruitment across assigned functions and locations.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and define the right candidate profile.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies based on role, location and talent availability.
- Drive hiring for Sales, Credit and other business roles.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, employee networks, market mapping and other channels.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screening to assess experience, skills, motivation, compensation, location and notice period.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening through interviews, offer negotiation and joining.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to ensure timely feedback and movement of candidates through the process.
- Keep candidates engaged throughout the hiring journey and improve offer-to-join conversion.
- Track recruitment metrics including pipeline, TAT, ageing, offers, closures and joining ratios.
- Participate in hiring drives, walk-ins and other recruitment initiatives as required.
- Build strong market understanding across locations and functions to proactively support hiring requirements.
- Identify hiring challenges and recommend practical sourcing and closure strategies.

What you will need:





- 2–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Solid hands-on experience in Sales and Credit hiring is preferred.
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment independently.
- Strong sourcing and candidate identification skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Comfortable working with hiring targets and recruitment metrics.
- Good understanding of sourcing tools such as Naukri, LinkedIn and employee referrals.
- Strong negotiation and candidate management skills.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Candidates based in Guwahati with good understanding of the local talent market would be preferred.
