ROLE OVERVIEW

Mindsprint is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Consulting Lead to lead and scale its Supply Chain Consulting Practice. The role combines practice leadership, client advisory, business development, solutioning and delivery oversight.

The Lead will partner with C-suite and senior business leaders to shape and deliver enterprise-wide supply chain transformations, while building Mindsprint’s market presence, consulting capabilities and strategic client relationships. The role also provides contingency leadership support for existing client accounts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Practice Leadership & Strategy: Define and execute the growth strategy, service offerings and capability roadmap for the Supply Chain Consulting Practice, owning its revenue, margin and pipeline targets.
- Offering Development: Build differentiated consulting offerings across Supply Chain Planning, S&OP;, Demand Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Inventory Optimization, Logistics and Digital Supply Chain.
- Business Growth: Drive revenue through new business, strategic accounts, cross-sell and client expansion; identify market opportunities and build strategic partnerships and ecosystem relationships.
- Executive Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to CXO, VP and Director-level stakeholders; lead executive discussions, transformation assessments and strategic roadmaps.
- Solutioning & Delivery Leadership: Provide senior leadership across solution design, proposals, pre-sales and delivery, ensuring measurable business outcomes.
- Engagement Quality & Profitability: Own engagement quality and profitability, supervising timelines, governance and risk across the practice.
- Contingency Leadership: Step in as leadership support for strategic client accounts and critical engagements.
- Team Leadership & Talent Development:



Build and lead high-performing consulting teams; coach and mentor managers, consultants and emerging leaders.
- Methods, IP & Accelerators: Strengthen consulting methodologies, intellectual property, accelerators and delivery capabilities.
- Thought Leadership: Establish Mindsprint as a differentiated voice in supply chain transformation through whitepapers, playbooks and industry engagement.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

- 15–25 years of experience in Supply Chain Consulting, Transformation, Strategy or Operations Leadership.
- Proven experience leading enterprise-scale supply chain transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of Supply Chain Planning, S&OP;, Procurement, Manufacturing, Inventory, Logistics and Digital Supply Chains.
- Experience managing strategic enterprise accounts and complex client relationships.
- Proven engagement with Director, VP and C-suite stakeholders.
- Solid track record in business development, solution development and proposal leadership.
- Experience from a top consulting firm, global transformation organization or large enterprise is preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.Tech / B.E.) combined with an MBA from a premier institution.
- Currently leading an active team of consulting or supply chain professionals and managing complex, multi-region client deliverables.
- Willingness to travel to client locations, domestic and international, as engagements require.

PREFERRED SKILLS

- Exposure to planning and procurement platforms such as SAP IBP, Kinaxis, o9, Blue Yonder, Coupa or Ariba, TMS, CTRM etc
- Experience with analytics, AI/ML-led forecasting and control towers; working knowledge of tools such as Power BI, Python or Alteryx.
- Experience building offerings, IP and go-to-market playbooks.
- Certifications or methods such as CSCP, CPIM, CPSM, PMP, Lean or Six Sigma.
