Role Description The Study Abroad Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara. The advisor will guide students through the entire study abroad process, including profiling, course and country selection, university shortlisting, and application support. Daily responsibilities include counseling clients on suitable education pathways, explaining visa and admission requirements, reviewing documentation, and coordinating with universities or partner institutions as needed.

The role involves conducting consultations in person or via digital channels,



responding to inquiries, maintaining accurate client records, and following up on application and visa statuses. The advisor will also contribute to informational sessions, outreach activities, and process improvements to enhance client experience and outcomes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Educational Consulting and Consulting skills to advise students on academic pathways and study abroad options.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills to interact effectively with students, families, and institutional partners.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Visas and related procedures to guide clients on study, visitor, and work visa requirements and processes.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in education, international relations, business, or a related field are preferred.
- Prior experience in study abroad advising, immigration consultancy, or academic counseling is beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple client cases simultaneously are important.
- Proficiency in English and local languages, along with basic computer and documentation skills, is an asset.
