Role Description The Staffing Recruiter is a full-time, in office role based in Surat, responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment and staffing activities. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process for permanent and temporary placements. The role involves maintaining strong communication with candidates and internal stakeholders,



understanding staffing requirements, and aligning talent with organizational needs.

Recruiter will also manage candidate databases, support onboarding, and help improve recruitment processes to ensure timely, high-quality staffing solutions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Staffing Services and Temporary Placement to manage diverse workforce needs.
- Candidates should possess Hiring and Recruiting skills to handle full-cycle recruitment effectively.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to engage with candidates, clients, and internal teams.
- Relevant experience in talent acquisition, HR, or staffing agency environments is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Surat, manage multiple requisitions, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, job portals, and basic MS Office tools is preferred.
- A Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous.
