Job Location: Chhatarpur, New Delhi

Job Title: Sr. Executive – MIS Inventory

Product Range- F&V;/ FMCG

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare daily, weekly and monthly inventory MIS reports.

· Maintain accurate records of stock received, issued, transferred, returned and available.

· Track inward and outward entries and verify inventory data against physical stock and system records.

· Monitor stock levels, stock movement, wastage, shortages and discrepancies, and report variances promptly.

· Prepare inventory dashboards and reports on stock availability, ageing and movement.

· Coordinate with warehouse, operations, purchase and accounts teams for data verification and reconciliation.

· Ensure timely and accurate data entry in Excel and relevant inventory/ERP systems.

· Support regular stock audits and reconcile physical inventory with recorded balances.





· Share timely reports with management and prepare ad-hoc inventory reports as required.

Required Skills

· Robust MS Excel skills – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS and related formulas.

· Good analytical, reporting and data reconciliation skills.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records.

· Good communication and coordination skills.

· Experience with inventory management software, ERP or warehouse systems will be an advantage.

· Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, as per business requirements.

· Zoho- Inventory knowledge is plus.

Candidate Profile

· Graduate in any relevant discipline.

· 1–3 years of experience in Inventory MIS, Inventory Coordination, Warehouse Reporting or a similar role.

Experience: 1–3 years

Preferred Industry: Any; experience in warehousing, logistics or inventory operations is preferred.

Specific Skills required: Advanced Excel

Salary Range: 25000-35000 (As per skills and interview)
