Role Description The Sr. Engineer (Building & Commercial Building) will oversee end-to-end planning, execution, and monitoring of building and commercial construction projects in Jalna. This full-time, on-site role includes preparing and reviewing designs and drawings, coordinating with civil engineers, contractors, and site teams, and ensuring work is carried out as per specifications, codes, and quality standards.

The Sr. Engineer will manage project schedules, resources, and budgets, conduct regular site inspections, and address technical issues to keep projects on track.



The role also involves ensuring compliance with safety and environmental guidelines, maintaining accurate project documentation, and providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid skills in Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering.
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Planning and coordination of building and commercial projects.
- Candidates should possess strong skills related to Civil Engineers and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Stormwater Management and other site infrastructure considerations.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in building and commercial construction projects, preferably in a senior or supervisory role.
- Knowledge of relevant building codes, standards, and safety regulations.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in engineering and project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project or similar) is an advantage.
