Performance Strategy & Architecture

- Define and implement enterprise-wide Performance Testing and Engineering frameworks.
- Establish performance benchmarks, KPIs, SLAs, and NFRs.
- Design end-to-end performance testing strategies for complex, large-scale applications.
- Review application architecture and identify performance risks during the SDLC lifecycle.
- Provide recommendations for performance optimization and scalability improvements.

Performance Testing & Engineering
- Design and execute:

o Load Testing o Stress Testing o Volume Testing o Endurance/Soak Testing o Spike Testing o Scalability Testing o Capacity Testing
- Develop reusable performance testing frameworks and scripts.




- Create realistic workload models and user behavior simulations.
- Analyze performance test results and provide detailed bottleneck analysis.

Monitoring & Troubleshooting
- Conduct root cause analysis of application performance issues.
- Analyze:

o CPU utilization o Memory consumption o Thread behavior o Network latency o Database performance o JVM metrics
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, DBA, and DevOps teams to resolve performance issues.
- Provide tuning recommendations for applications, middleware, databases, and infrastructure.
