Services include Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Special Education, Early Intervention, Sensory Integration, Feeding Therapy, motor skill development, and parent counseling. Wonder MINDS offers specialized support for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Learning Disabilities, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, developmental delays, and sensory processing challenges. The team uses a family-centered approach to build confidence, independence, and meaningful participation in everyday life for each child.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Speech Therapist role based in the Greater Pitampura, Delhi.

The Speech

Therapist will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in children, using evidence-based techniques and individualized therapy plans. Daily responsibilities include conducting evaluations, creating and implementing treatment plans, documenting progress, and adjusting interventions as needed. The role involves close collaboration with families, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team to support holistic development and consistent carryover of skills at home and school.

The Speech





Therapist will also participate in parent education, team meetings, and contribute to program development to enhance service quality.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Speech Therapy and Speech assessment and intervention.
- Candidates should possess skills in managing Communication Disorders and Language Disorders in pediatric populations.
- Candidates should possess skills in evaluating and treating Dysphagia and related feeding and swallowing concerns.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited institution.
- Licensure or registration as required by local regulatory bodies, with adherence to professional and ethical standards.
- Experience working with children with developmental and neurological conditions such as ASD, ADHD, LD, CP, and Down Syndrome is beneficial.
- Strong observational, documentation, and case management skills, with the ability to design individualized treatment plans.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Commitment to evidence-based practice, continuous learning, and a child- and family-centered approach to care.
