Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to lead the global expansion of the Digital Distribution Platform (DDP) across EMEA, APAC, and CALA regions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in international enterprise architecture, cloud technologies, ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics or Oracle), and core finance processes including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end solution architecture for international DDP expansion.
- Design and scale digital distribution platforms across EMEA, APAC, and CALA.
- Adapt North American platform capabilities to international business requirements.
- Drive ERP solution design using Microsoft Dynamics or Oracle (SAP experience will not be considered).
- Ensure strong functional expertise in AP, AR, and GL processes.
- Manage country-specific localization, tax, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
- Document countries supported and localization initiatives delivered across global markets.
- Design cloud-based architectures, integrations, APIs, and scalable enterprise solutions.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders, business leaders, and technical teams.




- Support enterprise transformation across order management, supply chain, warehousing, and financial operations.

Mandatory Skills End-to-end Solution Architecture

Digital Distribution Platform (DDP) implementation and global expansion

International deployment experience across EMEA, APAC, and/or CALA

ERP expertise in Microsoft Dynamics or Oracle — SAP profiles not suitable

Strong Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) knowledge

Cloud architecture and enterprise integrations

Country-specific localization experience with a explicit list of countries handled

Preferred Qualifications

- 10–15 years of experience in solution architecture and enterprise transformation.
- Experience in distribution, manufacturing, supply chain, or logistics.
- Knowledge of OTC, P2P, RTR, warehouse operations, and global trade.
- Strong stakeholder management and global collaboration skills.
