Mighty Avengers Solar Pvt. Ltd. (MAPL) designs and manufactures solar mounting structures and precision steel solutions, with 50,000 MT of annual capacity. We work with leading EPCs, developers, and IPPs across ground-mount, rooftop, utility-scale, transmission, and now Battery Energy Storage (BESS) projects, and we control quality from design through dispatch.

What you’ll do

- Design and optimize mounting structures for ground-mount, rooftop, and custom solar projects
- Design structures and foundations for BESS projects: battery container foundations, skids, battery racks, PCS and transformer platforms, and cable trench and tray supports
- Do wind, seismic, and load calculations and steel design to IS and international codes
- Prepare fabrication-ready drawings, 3D models, design reports, and BOMs
- Reduce steel tonnage per MW while keeping designs protected and manufacturable
- Coordinate with electrical, procurement, production, and site teams so designs work in the field
- Support fabrication QA, galvanization checks, and installation issues on site

What you’ll bring

- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil, Structural,



or Mechanical Engineering
- 2–6 years in solar structure design, steel fabrication, or infrastructure
- Hands-on with STAAD.Pro and AutoCAD; Tekla is a plus
- Working knowledge of IS 875 (Part 3), IS 800, IS 801, IS 456, and IS 1893
- Pile and foundation design, including reading geotechnical reports
- Value engineering and cost-focused design mindset

BESS & electrical know-how (strong plus)

- Understanding of BESS layouts: containers, battery racks, PCS, transformers, HVAC, and fire suppression
- Ability to read single-line diagrams (SLDs) and electrical layouts to coordinate structural interfaces
- Knowledge of earthing and lightning protection (IS 3043, IEC 62305) and cable routing requirements
- Awareness of BESS safety and spacing standards (e.g., NFPA 855, IEC 62933) and thermal considerations
- Familiarity with corrosion protection and hot-dip galvanization (IS 4759 / ISO 1461)
