Research UnderStand UPSC and answer:

- What does UnderStand UPSC do, and who is its core audience?
- What differentiates the brand from other UPSC education platforms?
- What existing strengths, stories, proof points or assets could be used to build a stronger public presence?

02 Why personal branding?
- Why should a founder in the UPSC education space invest in personal branding?
- What should the founder become known for, and why?
- How could a strong personal brand help the business beyond views and follower growth?
- Identify three opportunities or gaps you see in the current content landscape.

03 Show us your creativity
- Pitch five original reel ideas. For each, include a hook and a short execution outline.
- Suggest two repeatable content series the founder could own.
- Share one unconventional idea that could help the founder stand out.
- Explain how you would adapt content for Instagram, YouTube and Linkedin.

04 Take Ownership What would your first 30 days look like?
- Which metrics would you track, and why?
- If the first 10 videos underperformed, what would you do next?
