About the RoleWe are looking for a creative, proactive, and execution-focused Social Media Manager to manage our agency and client social media accounts. The ideal candidate should understand content creation, reels, current trends, and social media growth strategies. We need someone who takes initiative, communicates confidently, and focuses on results rather than simply posting content.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms for multiple brands.
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars.
- Create engaging posts, captions, stories, and reels based on trends and brand objectives.
- Shoot and edit short-form videos and reels when required.
- Coordinate with designers and the performance marketing team.
- Monitor engagement, follower growth, reach, and overall account performance.
- Prepare monthly social media performance reports.
- Manage DMs, comments, and online community engagement.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and proactively implement recent ideas.
- Take ownership of assigned accounts and ensure timely execution of tasks.

Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in social media management.




- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Ability to understand and communicate in Malayalam.
- Strong content creation, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
- Basic video editing knowledge using CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels, short-form video content, and engagement strategies.
- Strong time management, organization, and deadline management skills.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Ability to take initiative, suggest creative ideas, solve problems, and deliver results without constant supervision.

Good to Have
- Experience working with a digital marketing agency or multiple client accounts.
- A portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns or high-performing reels.
- Basic design skills using Canva or Photoshop.
- Knowledge of social media advertising and performance marketing.
