Role Description The Social Media Management Intern will support DenZ’s online presence by assisting in planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms. This internship role is on-site in Noida, where the intern will help monitor channels, respond to community interactions, and track basic performance metrics. Day-to-day tasks include brainstorming content ideas aligned with brand campaigns, preparing posts and stories, coordinating with the creative and marketing teams, and maintaining a consistent brand voice.





The intern will also assist in researching current social media trends in sustainable fashion and competitors to inform engagement strategies and content improvements.

Qualifications

- Social media platform familiarity (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging channels) and basic understanding of content formats such as posts, reels, and stories.
- Content creation skills, including copywriting, basic visual storytelling, and an eye for aesthetics aligned with fashion and lifestyle branding.
- Interest in digital marketing fundamentals, including engagement metrics, hashtags, and audience targeting for brand awareness.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with marketing, design, and production teams on-site.
- Genuine interest in sustainable fashion, denim, and environmentally responsible practices.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, Media, or a related field (or comparable practical experience).
- Organized, proactive, and willing to learn, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
