Role Description The Social Media Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of social media activities across platforms, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and campaign goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing content calendars, crafting and editing posts, coordinating visual assets with design and production teams, and managing community engagement through timely responses and interactions.



The role involves monitoring performance metrics, optimizing social media campaigns (including SMO efforts), and collaborating with internal stakeholders to support broader digital marketing initiatives.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Eranad, requiring close coordination with the local team to deliver consistent and effective social media communication.

Qualifications

- Strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills, with experience managing brand presence across major platforms.
- Solid Communication and Writing abilities to create clear, engaging, and brand-aligned social content.
- Proficiency in Content Strategy, including planning content calendars and aligning social initiatives with marketing goals.
- Familiarity with analytics tools for tracking social media performance and deriving actionable insights.
- Ability to work on-site in Eranad, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Prior experience in a digital agency or marketing environment is preferred; experience with performance marketing or influencer campaigns is a plus.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
