We believe art should be accessible, useful and a part of everyday living. We're looking for a creative, curious, and resourceful Social Media Executive to help us tell our story, build our community, and grow our digital presence.

The Role

As our Social Media Executive, you'll be responsible for bringing Creative Coupling to life online. From planning content and shooting reels to writing captions and engaging with our audience, you'll help translate our products, creative process, and brand personality into engaging social media content.

We're looking for someone who understands art, has a positive visual eye, enjoys storytelling and can turn everyday ideas into interesting content.

What You'll Do

1. Content Creation

- Plan, create, and publish engaging content for Instagram and other relevant social media platforms
- Shoot and edit reels, short-form videos, product videos, and behind-the-scenes content

2. Social Media Management

- Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar
- Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, stories, and community engagement
- Respond to comments, DMs and customer queries in a timely and friendly manner
- Build relationships with creators, artists, customers,



and relevant online communities
- Identify opportunities for collaborations, user-generated content, and influencer partnerships

3. Performance and Growth

- Track content performance and engagement
- Review analytics regularly and use insights to improve content

What We're Looking For

- 1 year of experience managing social media for a brand, business, or creative venture
- Strong understanding of Instagram, reels, stories, and short-form video formats
- Good writing skills
- Ability to shoot and do basic video edits
- Curiosity about art, design, lifestyle products, gifting, and creative businesses

Bonus Points If You

- Have worked with a D2C, lifestyle, homegrown, art, fashion, or gifting brand
- Have experience with product photography or simple studio shoots
- Have experience with influencer outreach, creator collaborations or community building
