Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Executive role based in Daskroi.

The Social Media

Executive will manage day-to-day social media activities, including planning and scheduling posts, optimizing content across platforms, and monitoring engagement and performance metrics.

Responsibilities include creating and editing written and visual content, coordinating campaigns with the marketing team, and ensuring consistent brand voice across channels. The role involves social media listening,



responding to comments and messages, and supporting media planning for digital campaigns.

The Social Media

Executive will also track trends, analyze insights, and recommend improvements to enhance reach and conversions.

Qualifications

- Strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills, with experience managing brand presence across major platforms.
- Media Planning expertise to support campaign strategy, budgeting, and performance analysis.
- Excellent Communication and Writing skills for clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content.
- Ability to use social media analytics tools and basic knowledge of digital marketing metrics.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
- Relevant experience in marketing, advertising, or branding; experience in real estate marketing is an advantage.

- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field preferred.
