Ink Media is a boutique marketing and design agency based in Pune. We’re looking for an organised, attentive Social Media Manager who can keep client communication clear, content schedules on track and brand accounts running consistently.

You’ll manage day-to-day social media activity for approximately 4–5 clients across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube. You’ll work with an Account Manager and Designer, with training, guidance and final creative approval from our Creative Director.

This role requires someone who follows through, pays attention to detail and takes responsibility for getting approved work published correctly and on time.

What you’ll do

- Coordinate with clients through WhatsApp groups, calls and meetings to collect inputs, clarify feedback and follow up on approvals.
- Maintain clear records of feedback, pending approvals, publishing dates and completed work.
- Research competitors, industry activity, platform trends and content references to contribute relevant ideas.
- Support the team in developing content calendars and present approved calendars to clients.
- Schedule and publish approved content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Check captions, creatives, links, tags and formatting before publishing, and verify posts after they go live.
- Monitor comments and DMs, respond using agreed guidance and flag enquiries or issues to the relevant team member.
- Track account and post performance, prepare monthly reports and suggest practical improvements.
- Check content for language accuracy, clarity and consistency, and support caption refinements when needed.
- Use Canva for presentations and simple changes to existing content.
- Attend occasional client-site visits and in-person meetings in Pune.

What we’re looking for

- Strong organisation, follow-through and attention to detail.




- Confidence coordinating with clients, understanding feedback and keeping the team informed.
- An excellent command of English to understand briefs, check written content and communicate clearly.
- The ability to communicate comfortably in Hindi and Marathi.
- A working understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube, including publishing and basic platform analytics.
- The ability to research competitors, track published content and prepare clear performance reports.
- Basic Canva skills.
- Reliability and responsiveness during working hours, along with a willingness to learn and apply feedback.

Previous experience managing brand accounts is preferred. Solid freshers with relevant work samples and a clear understanding of these responsibilities are also welcome.

Working arrangement

- Candidates must currently live in Pune.
- This is a mostly remote role, with in-person meetings approximately once a week and occasional client-site visits.
- Fixed availability is required during these hours:
- Monday–Friday: 10:30 am–6:30 pm IST
- Saturday: 10:30 am–2:00 pm IST
