Role Description The Social Media Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Rajkot. This role involves planning and executing social media strategies across platforms to increase brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation for the company’s products and turnkey solutions.

The Social Media

Executive will manage daily posting schedules, create and write platform-specific content, monitor performance metrics,



and optimize campaigns for better reach and interaction. The role includes coordinating with internal teams to gather product information, aligning social media messaging with overall marketing efforts, and responding to audience queries and comments in a timely, skilled manner. The individual will also stay updated on social media trends and competitor activity to recommend improvements and new initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to plan, execute, and refine platform strategies.
- Candidates should possess Media Planning skills to schedule campaigns, allocate budgets, and select appropriate channels for targeted outreach.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Writing skills to create clear, engaging, and brand-consistent content.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with basic analytics tools, content design collaboration, and community management practices.
- Relevant experience in social media roles within manufacturing, engineering, or B2B sectors is beneficial.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Rajkot, handle multiple platforms, and adapt to evolving digital trends.
