Role Description This is a full-time, in office Social Media Executive role based in Kochi.

The Social Media

Executive will manage ZollowUp’s presence across social platforms, including planning and publishing content, monitoring engagement, and responding to audience interactions. The role involves creating and optimizing social media campaigns, aligning content with brand guidelines and marketing objectives, and collaborating with internal teams to support promotions and announcements.

Executive will track performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and recommend improvements to enhance reach, engagement, and lead generation. Staying updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices is expected to ensure the brand remains relevant and visible.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to plan, execute, and refine campaigns across major platforms.
- Candidates should possess Media Planning skills to effectively allocate budgets, schedule campaigns, and coordinate content across channels.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication and Writing skills for creating posts, captions, and responses that align with the brand voice.
- Relevant experience in managing brand social media accounts, analyzing performance data, and using social media management tools is beneficial.
- A background in marketing, communications, digital media, or related fields, along with familiarity with basic design tools and analytics dashboards, is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Kochi, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and maintain a customer-focused approach is essential.
