Brand Gridly is looking for creative, digitally savvy individuals to manage our city and niche social media pages.

This role involves owning the content process—from discovering relevant stories and trending topics to creating, editing and publishing content.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research trending topics, local news, events and stories relevant to each page’s audience.
- Verify information and sources before publishing.
- Create and edit Instagram reels, posts, carousels and stories.
- Write engaging headlines, captions and on-screen text in Hindi and English.
- Manage content calendars and maintain a consistent publishing schedule.
- Monitor content performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement.




- Follow responsible content sourcing and attribution practices.

Requirements:

- Strong understanding of Instagram, social media trends and audience behaviour.
- Hands-on experience with video editing and graphic design tools.
- Positive written communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple pages and meet deadlines.
- Previous experience with city, news, entertainment or niche pages is an advantage.
