Social Media Executive – Influencer Marketing | Zavya | Gurugram

Zavya is looking for a social-first, execution-driven Social Media Executive to support day-to-day content, influencer collaborations, creator coordination, and social media operations.

This role is for someone who understands Instagram, creators, trends, content formats, and fast-paced brand communication.

What You’ll Own

- Manage day-to-day social media execution across Instagram and other relevant channels.
- Coordinate with creators and influencers for gifting, barter collaborations, and paid partnerships.
- Build and maintain influencer databases, outreach lists, and campaign trackers.
- Follow up on content timelines, deliverables, approvals, and posting schedules.
- Support monthly content calendars for launches, campaigns, festive periods, and social trends.
- Coordinate with design, marketing, and creative teams for social content requirements.
- Track influencer performance across reach, engagement, views, clicks, and content quality.
- Identify relevant creators, UGC opportunities, emerging formats, and social trends.
- Support reels, stories, static posts, community engagement, and campaign execution.




- Maintain influencer and social media reporting with clean data and timely updates.

What We’re Looking For

- 1–2 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, digital marketing, creator management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, reels, trends, and influencer ecosystems.
- Good communication and follow-up discipline.
- Comfortable reaching out to creators and managing multiple conversations simultaneously.
- Robust Google Sheets / Excel skills.
- Good eye for content, aesthetics, and brand fit.
- Fashion, jewellery, beauty, lifestyle, or D2C exposure preferred.
- High ownership, curiosity, and fast execution.
