## Social Media Manager, Graphic Designer & Influencer Marketing Executive

### About the Role

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and result-oriented professional who can manage our complete social media presence, design engaging graphics, run paid advertisements, create compelling content, and build relationships with influencers.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in graphic design, social media management, digital advertising, content creation, and influencer marketing, with a strong focus on brand growth and lead generation.

### Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

- Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars.
- Publish posts, stories, reels, videos, and promotional content.
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and grow the brand's online community.

2. Graphic Designing

- Design creative social media posts, banners, advertisements, brochures, and promotional creatives.

- Create visually appealing designs consistent with brand guidelines.
- Use Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.

3. Paid Advertising & Digital Marketing

- Create, manage, and optimize Facebook and Instagram campaigns using Meta Ads Manager.

- Plan and execute Google Ads campaigns where required.
- Manage advertising budgets, audience targeting, retargeting, and lead generation.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize ads to improve results and ROI.

4. Content Creation & Video Editing

- Create engaging content ideas, captions, hooks, and hashtags.

- Shoot or coordinate promotional content, reels, and short videos.
- Edit reels and videos using suitable editing software.
- Stay updated with viral trends and platform-specific content formats.

5. Influencer Marketing & Collaboration

- Find and connect with relevant influencers, bloggers, and content creators.





- Research influencers based on audience demographics, engagement, niche, and brand relevance.
- Contact influencers for paid promotions, barter collaborations, product reviews, and brand partnerships.
- Negotiate fees, deliverables, and collaboration terms.
- Coordinate influencer campaigns from planning to execution.
- Track campaign performance, leads, reach, and conversions.
- Maintain an influencer database with contact details, pricing, and collaboration history.

6. Analytics & Reporting

- Track reach, engagement, follower growth, leads, conversions, and ad performance.

- Prepare weekly or monthly performance reports.
- Recommend strategies to improve social media growth and marketing results.

### Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms.
- Valuable graphic design skills and creative thinking.
- Hands-on experience with Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Experience in influencer research, outreach, and collaboration management.
- Basic video editing and reel creation skills.
- Strong communication, copywriting, and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and lead generation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

### Preferred Qualifications
- 1–3 years of relevant experience.
- A portfolio of graphic designs, social media accounts, and advertising campaigns.
- Experience working with influencers and content creators.
- Knowledge of AI tools for design and content creation.
- A results-driven mindset with an understanding of business growth.
