Role Description The Site Head role at Kribaga Realty Pvt Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division, responsible for end-to-end oversight of assigned real estate projects.

The Site

Head will lead day-to-day site operations, including coordinating with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely execution, quality compliance, and adherence to approved plans and budgets. This role involves monitoring construction progress, managing site resources, enforcing safety standards,



and ensuring that project milestones and regulatory requirements are consistently met.

The Site

Head will also contribute to implementation of project strategies, support sales and customer experience at the site, and provide regular reporting on timelines, costs, risks, and opportunities. Collaboration with senior management, design, engineering, and sales teams is critical to ensure alignment between on-ground execution and Kribaga’s strategic objectives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust site management and project execution skills, including experience overseeing residential or plotted development projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess planning and organizational skills, such as project scheduling, resource allocation, and tracking progress against timelines and budgets.
- Candidates should possess quality, safety, and compliance skills, including familiarity with construction standards, regulatory requirements, and on-site health and safety practices.
- Candidates should possess communication and leadership skills, including the ability to lead site teams, manage contractors, resolve operational issues, and report clearly to senior management.
- Candidates should possess analytical and problem-solving skills to identify risks, optimize site processes, and support decisions that improve efficiency and capital deployment.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, along with prior experience as a site in-charge / site head / project manager in real estate, are highly beneficial.
