Role Description The Site Engineer s&t; role is a full-time, on-site position based in Vadodara.

The Site

Engineer will oversee day-to-day project activities at railway signalling and signal & telecom worksites, including coordinating civil and structural engineering tasks, supervising execution as per drawings and specifications, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include monitoring construction progress, conducting inspections, preparing site reports,



and communicating project status and issues to project managers and stakeholders. The role also involves collaborating with contractors and cross-functional teams, managing resources and materials, and supporting testing, commissioning, and handover of completed works in line with regulatory and client requirements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong on-site supervision skills and experience working at rail or infrastructure project locations.
- Candidates should possess effective communication abilities for coordinating with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess quality control skills, including inspection, documentation, and compliance with safety and industry standards.
- Candidates should possess structural engineering and civil engineering knowledge relevant to railway and infrastructure projects.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in eletronics or eletricals Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documents.
- Robust problem-solving skills and capacity to make sound decisions under site constraints.
- Familiarity with railway standards, signalling or telecom infrastructure, and relevant codes is an advantage.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and project documentation tools.
- Willingness to work in field conditions and adhere to all safety protocols.
