Role Description The Silver Jewellery Merchandiser is a full time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for managing and curating silver jewellery assortments that align with the brand’s aesthetic and commercial goals. Day-to-day tasks include planning collections, coordinating with designers and artisans, and selecting pieces for retail, wholesale, and promotional displays. The role involves monitoring stock levels, analyzing sales trends, and recommending replenishment or new product development to optimize inventory and profitability.

The Merchandiser will collaborate with store and e-commerce teams to ensure accurate product information,



visual presentation, and pricing, while maintaining quality standards in finishing and polishing. This position also supports training of sales staff on product features and assists in customer-facing activities such as special orders, styling recommendations, and event merchandising.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Jewelry Design and Fashion Jewelry to effectively curate and develop commercially viable silver collections.
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to support sales teams and enhance client experience with product knowledge and styling guidance.
- Candidates should possess skills in Polishing and attention to finishing quality to maintain brand standards for craftsmanship and presentation.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to guide store and merchandising staff on product features, care instructions, and visual display standards.
- Relevant experience in jewellery merchandising, retail buying, or fashion accessories is beneficial.
- Strong analytical skills, including basic knowledge of inventory management and sales analysis tools, are preferred.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a detail-oriented and organized work style, are expected.
- A diploma or degree in Fashion, Jewellery Design, Merchandising, or a related field is advantageous, along with familiarity with Indian heritage jewellery and current fashion trends.
