About the Role

We need a hands-on technical manager to own our API, integration and tracking work and to guide a small development team. You will build and fix things yourself, and you will also review developers’ work and unblock them. This is not a purely managerial role.

What You’ll Do

1. APIs & Webhooks: Build, integrate and maintain REST APIs and webhooks. Handle authentication (API keys, OAuth 2.0, JWT). Troubleshoot failed API calls, data mismatches and integration errors.
2. CRM & Data Integrations: Connect websites, landing pages, CRMs and internal systems. Sync lead creation, status updates and conversion events between systems without duplicates.
3. Marketing Tracking: Implement and debug Meta Pixel and CAPI, Google Ads conversion and offline conversion tracking, GA4, GTM, server-side tracking, GCLID/FBCLID and UTM capture. Send lead status and revenue values back to ad platforms.
4. Server, Cloud & Database: Manage deployments, hosting, DNS, SSL, Cloudflare and cloud servers (AWS/GCP/Azure). Monitor uptime and logs, and work with SQL/NoSQL databases.
5. Team & Delivery: Review code and implementation quality, allocate tasks, track delivery, keep documentation up to date, and be the escalation point for complex technical issues.

Must-Have (Mandatory)





- 5–7 years of backend development experience (Node.js, PHP/Laravel, Python or Java/.NET)
- REST API development and third-party API integration
- Webhook implementation
- CRM integration experience
- Meta CAPI and Google Ads conversion/offline conversion integration
- GTM and GA4
- Server-side tracking
- Linux/cloud server and deployment knowledge
- MySQL/PostgreSQL (MongoDB is a plus)
- Experience reviewing or managing developers (even a small team)
- Strong troubleshooting skills

Good to Have (Bonus)

- AWS/GCP certification
- Docker, CI/CD and DevOps exposure
- Affiliate/postback and S2S tracking
- WhatsApp or communication API experience
- Fintech, e-commerce or ad-tech background
- Experience with high-volume lead and conversion data
- Experience building internal automation

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related field (preferred). Success in This Role Means
