Role Description The Senior QA Tester will work full time on-site in Visakhapatnam Rural mandal, ensuring the quality and reliability of SafetyStratus’ EH&S; software platform. This role involves designing detailed test plans and test cases, executing manual tests across web and mobile applications, and validating new features, enhancements, and defect fixes before release. The Senior QA Tester will analyze test results, log and track defects, collaborate closely with developers and product managers,



and help refine requirements to prevent issues early in the development cycle.

The role also includes mentoring junior QA team members, contributing to continuous improvement of QA processes and documentation, and supporting regression, integration, and user acceptance testing for scheduled releases.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Quality Assurance and Manual Testing skills to validate complex SaaS applications.
- Candidates should possess Test Execution and Test Cases skills to design, maintain, and run effective test suites.
- Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to interpret test results, identify root causes, and recommend solutions.
- Experience with web and mobile application testing, including cross-browser and cross-device validation.
- Familiarity with defect tracking tools and QA documentation best practices.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly in written and spoken English.
- Experience in EH&S;, compliance-focused products, or other enterprise SaaS platforms is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Background in test process improvement, mentoring junior testers, and contributing to release quality metrics is preferred.
