Position: Senior Staff Software Engineer

Location: Noida , Hyderabad , Thiruvananthapuram

Shifts: 01:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical leadership and architectural direction across the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design through deployment and long-term support
- Architect and implement highly scalable, resilient microservices using .NET Core and modern cloud-native patterns
- Lead front-end engineering efforts using React, ensuring performant, secure, and maintainable UI architectures
- Serve as a principal technical advisor, influencing enterprise-wide engineering standards, patterns, and best practices
- Partner closely with product, business stakeholders, and customers to define complex requirements, validate designs, and guide technical decisions
- Evaluate, estimate, and plan development initiatives; contribute to roadmaps, delivery timelines, and strategic prioritization
- Drive cloud modernization initiatives, including refactoring legacy systems and transitioning monolithic applications to microservices
- Champion code quality, automated testing, CI/CD, and observability across all development teams
- Mentor senior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, accountability, and continuous learning




- Ensure thorough technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, API contracts, system flows, and operational runbooks
- Continuously research and adopt emerging technologies and frameworks to improve scalability, security, and development efficiency

Required Qualifications

- 10+ years of experience in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-scale software applications
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with C# and .NET Core
- experience in building modern web applications using React
- Extensive experience designing and implementing microservices architectures, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems
- 6+ years of experience with SQL, including complex queries, stored procedures, performance tuning, and data modeling
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and contemporary front-end development practices
- Demonstrated expertise in system design, scalability, performance optimization, and security
- Proven ability to work directly with customers and stakeholders on requirements, acceptance testing, and solution delivery
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong emphasis on technical documentation
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent skilled experience
