Role Overview

We are looking for confident, customer-focused, and target-driven sales professionals to join our International Sales team as Senior Academic Counsellors for the US market.

The role involves connecting with parents across the United States, understanding their children's academic needs, and recommending suitable online learning programs. Candidates will manage leads, conduct counselling conversations, follow up with prospective customers, and drive enrolments through a consultative sales approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with parents across the US through inbound and outbound calls.
- Understand students' academic goals, learning needs, and areas for improvement.
- Recommend suitable 1:1 online learning programs across Mathematics, Science, Coding, Robotics, English Language Arts (ELA), and other K–12 subjects.
- Explain course offerings, learning plans,



and program benefits to prospective customers.
- Follow up on leads, address queries, handle objections, and convert prospects into enrolments.
- Maintain accurate lead details, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Consistently achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining a high standard of customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth enrolment process.

Key Requirements

- Experience in Inside Sales, B2C Sales, Educational Counselling, or Admissions.
- Excellent spoken English and strong verbal communication skills.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
- Customer-centric approach with a target-driven mindset.
- Comfortable working night shifts aligned with US time zones.
- Previous US or international sales experience will be an added advantage.

Compensation & Incentives Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, current or last-drawn CTC, sales achievements, interview performance, and relevant US/international sales exposure.
