- Role: Semiconductor / VLSI Recruiter
- Experience: 5+ years
- Location: Bangalore
- Work Mode: Work from office of Neurealm (5 days/week)
- Compensation: Fixed pay + performance-based incentives

Skills required:- ✅ Strong experience in VLSI Design Verification and/or Semiconductor recruitment

✅ Excellent communication and client-facing skills

✅ Ability to understand client requirements and deliver quality candidates within timelines

✅ Solid stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities

✅ A result-oriented professional with a proactive, go-getter attitude

✅ Ownership, accountability, and the drive to achieve recruitment targets
