Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Science Communication and Writing Intern role based in Bengaluru. The intern will support the creation of clear, engaging science content for students and professionals in biotechnology, life sciences, and related fields. Daily responsibilities include researching current topics in biosciences, drafting and editing educational articles, blogs, and learning resources, and assisting in the preparation of exam-focused content.





The role may also involve collaborating with subject matter experts to translate complex scientific concepts into accessible language, contributing to social media and newsletter content, and maintaining consistency in tone and style across platforms. The intern will work closely with the content and education teams to ensure accuracy, relevance, and impact of all published material.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess a strong foundation in Science, particularly in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Microbiology, or related disciplines.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret scientific literature, data, and research findings.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including explicit written and verbal communication tailored to diverse learner audiences.
- Candidates should possess a background or interest in Education, with the ability to structure content for learning and exam preparation.
- Candidates should possess Research skills for sourcing credible information, staying updated with scientific developments, and supporting evidence-based content.
- Beneficial qualifications include enrollment in or completion of a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant scientific field, familiarity with competitive exams (e.g., CSIR NET, GATE), attention to detail, basic editing skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
