We are seeking an experienced SAP Revenue Accounting & Reporting (RAR) Consultant with strong expertise in revenue recognition, revenue accounting, and compliance with accounting standards such as IFRS 15 and ASC 606. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP RAR solutions integrated with SAP Sales, Finance, and other relevant systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement, configure, and support SAP Revenue Accounting & Reporting (RAR).
- Gather requirements and design revenue accounting solutions aligned with business processes and accounting standards.
- Configure revenue accounting items, contract management, performance obligations, and revenue recognition rules.
- Support revenue allocation, revenue recognition, contract modifications, and revenue adjustments.
- Integrate SAP RAR with SAP SD, SAP FI, and relevant source systems.
- Work on revenue accounting contracts, fulfillment events, and revenue posting processes.
- Support compliance with IFRS 15 and ASC 606 revenue recognition requirements.
- Troubleshoot revenue accounting,



data transfer, posting, and reconciliation issues.
- Support testing, UAT, deployment, and production support.
- Collaborate with finance, order management, and technical teams to resolve business and system issues.
- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and process documentation.

Required Skills

- 8+ years of relevant SAP experience with strong hands-on SAP RAR expertise.
- Strong understanding of revenue recognition and accounting principles.
- Practical knowledge of IFRS 15 and/or ASC 606.
- Experience with performance obligations, revenue allocation, and revenue recognition processes.
- Knowledge of SAP SD and FI integration.
- Experience in RAR configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Understanding of contract accounting, billing, and revenue reconciliation.
- Solid analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in SAP S/4HANA Revenue Accounting.
- Knowledge of order-to-cash processes and complex revenue arrangements.
- Experience in end-to-end SAP RAR implementation and transformation projects.
