We are seeking an experienced SAP Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Consultant to manage and support contract lifecycle processes, including contract creation, authoring, negotiation, approval, execution, and renewal. The candidate should have strong knowledge of contract management workflows, SAP integration, and enterprise contract processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement, configure, and support SAP Contract Lifecycle Management solutions.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Manage contract creation, templates, clause libraries, approvals, negotiations, and execution workflows.
- Configure contract authoring, version control, notifications, renewals, and approval processes.
- Integrate contract management solutions with SAP ERP, procurement, finance, and related business applications.
- Work with legal, procurement, finance, and business stakeholders to streamline contract processes.
- Support contract repositories, reporting, compliance, and audit requirements.
- Perform functional testing, UAT, issue resolution,



and production support.
- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and user documentation.
- Identify opportunities to improve contract visibility, compliance, and process automation.

Required Skills

- 8+ years of relevant SAP or enterprise contract management experience.
- Hands-on experience with SAP CLM or the specific SAP contract management solution used in the project.
- Strong understanding of contract lifecycle processes and enterprise workflows.
- Experience in requirements gathering, functional configuration, testing, and production support.
- Knowledge of integration with SAP ERP, procurement, and finance processes.
- Understanding of contract compliance, document management, and approval hierarchies.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in contract management implementation or transformation projects.
- Knowledge of SAP Ariba Contracts or other SAP-supported contract management platforms, where applicable.
- Experience working with legal and procurement teams in enterprise environments.
