- Candidates should possess a focus on Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Candidates should possess basic proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and data entry for managing customer information and sales records.
- Relevant experience in sales support, customer service, or a related role is preferred.
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
- Ability to work in office in Surat, manage multiple tasks, and maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
