Business Development Expert - min 4 yrs exp

Key Responsibilities

- Proactively identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, prospecting, referrals, and other relevant outreach channels.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with consistent follow-ups and clear next steps.
- Connect with business owners, decision-makers and prospective clients to understand their requirements and business challenges.
- Present relevant marketing, branding, advertising, and creative service solutions based on customer needs.
- Handle objections, communicate value, negotiate commercially, and move opportunities towards closure.
- Manage the sales cycle from initial contact and qualification through proposal, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Maintain accurate lead records, pipeline updates, follow-up schedules, and sales reports.
- Work towards defined sales targets and contribute directly to business growth.
- Build long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business and referrals.

Senior candidates should also independently manage opportunities, keep the pipeline visible, forecast deals, and take ownership of commercial outcomes.





Who We're Looking For

- A minimum of 4 years of relevant sales or business development experience is mandatory.
- Robust communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Hands-on experience in prospecting, client conversations, objection handling, and follow-ups.
- A clear understanding of how to qualify prospects and move deals towards closure.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to communicate value beyond price.
- Resilience, accountability, discipline, and a results-driven mindset.
- Comfort working with sales targets, performance metrics, and CRM or lead management systems.

Experience in digital marketing, advertising, branding, creative services, marketing agencies, or B2B services will be an advantage.
