Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Marketing Executive role based in Ahmedabad.

The Sales Marketing

Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing existing customer accounts, and promoting hydraulic gear pumps and related products. Daily tasks include conducting market research, planning and executing marketing activities, preparing sales proposals, and following up on leads to close deals. The role involves regular communication with clients, coordination with internal production and logistics teams,



and participation in product presentations, trade shows, or industry events.

The Sales Marketing

Executive will also track market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance to support strategic planning and revenue growth.

Qualifications

- Ability to perform Market Planning and Market Research to identify opportunities, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
- Strong Communication skills to engage with customers, present solutions, and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
- Proven Sales capabilities with experience in lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in industrial or B2B environments.
- Marketing skills to support campaigns, product promotions, and brand visibility within targeted segments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in industrial products, hydraulics, or mechanical components is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools for reporting and customer management.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
