Role Description The Sales Manager role is a full time, on-site position. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key customers, and negotiating contracts and pricing.

The Sales

Manager will collaborate with management to develop sales strategies, analyze market trends, and provide regular reports and forecasts. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction, mentoring team members, and supporting the implementation of sales processes and tools.





Qualifications

- Proven experience in sales management or a similar leadership role, preferably within a product or service-based business, especially FMCG.
- Strong skills in planning, target setting, and performance monitoring, with the ability to drive a team toward measurable goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze market data, prepare sales reports, and use insights to refine sales strategies.
- Experience mentoring and developing sales professionals, with a collaborative and inclusive leadership style.
- Comfort with on-site work and willingness to engage directly with clients and partners in Kanayannur.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience will be considered.
- Proficiency with common office software and CRM tools, and openness to learning new systems as needed.
