Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, enjoy interacting with customers, and be willing to work in a field-based sales setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound enquiries and make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, and property preferences.
- Explain property details, pricing, amenities, and payment plans.
- Schedule and conduct property site visits.
- Follow up with prospective buyers and convert leads into bookings.
- Negotiate with customers within company guidelines.
- Maintain customer records and follow-up updates in the CRM.
- Work towards monthly sales and booking targets.

Required Skills

- Strong verbal communication in English and Kannada.
- Good interpersonal, negotiation,



and convincing skills.
- Customer handling and relationship-building abilities.
- A positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel across Bengaluru for customer meetings and site visits.

Eligibility Criteria

- Any graduate.
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, telecalling, customer service, or real estate.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Prior real estate sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Work Schedule

- working days per week, including Saturdays and Sundays.
- One rotational weekday off.
- On-site and field-based work in Bengaluru.
