Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role in Guwahati. You will drive revenue for Help Me Business and for the client projects we manage, working across several projects at once. One week you might pitch our revenue systems to a premium lifestyle brand. The next, you might sell stalls, sponsorships and brand partnerships for a client’s festival or retail event.

Day-to-day, you will identify and qualify leads, run sales meetings and presentations, prepare proposals, negotiate terms and close deals. You will work closely with our strategy, marketing and operations teams so that every deal you close is onboarded and delivered smoothly. You will keep one explicit pipeline across all projects, track performance, and feed back what you hear in the market about client needs and objections.

The role demands proactive outreach, disciplined follow-up, and the ability to switch between projects without dropping a thread.

Key Responsibilities

- Sell Help Me Business’s revenue systems to founder-led and premium brands in our target sectors
- Run sales for client projects: vendor and stall sales, sponsorship and partnership pitches, B2B outreach to schools, institutions and corporates, and brand collaborations




- Build and manage lead lists, call scripts and outreach sequences for each project
- Prepare pitch decks, proposals and quotations, and negotiate pricing and payment terms
- Close deals and collect payments on schedule, working with finance on invoices and agreements
- Keep the pipeline and daily tracker up to date across all projects, and report weekly on targets against results
- Meet clients, partners and prospects in person across Guwahati, and represent our clients professionally at meetings and on-site events
- Coordinate with internal teams on onboarding, delivery and partner commitments

Qualifications

- Strong prospecting, lead generation and pipeline management skills, with experience in consultative or solutions-based selling
- Ability to give clear, convincing presentations and proposals, with solid negotiation and closing skills
- Comfortable selling different products to different buyers: brand owners, marketing heads, school principals, retailers and corporate partners
- Understanding of marketing, digital growth or business operations, ideally with exposure to fashion, hospitality, lifestyle or events
- Highly organised and able to manage several projects and deadlines at once
- Confident with CRM tools, spreadsheets, basic data analysis and reporting
- Excellent written and spoken communication in English, plus Assamese and/or Hindi, with the ability to explain complex ideas in simple, outcome-focused terms
- Works well with cross-functional teams and builds long-term, trust-based client relationships
- Experience in B2B sales, account management, event or sponsorship sales is highly valued; experience in growth, consulting or agency settings is a plus
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience in sales and client-facing roles
- Comfortable working on-site in Guwahati, travelling locally to meet clients, and working occasional weekends during client events
