Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Hyderabad.

The Sales

Executive will engage with walk-in customers and professional clients in the showroom, understand their requirements and recommend suitable furnishings and products. Daily responsibilities include demonstrating product features, preparing quotations, following up on leads, and closing sales while meeting individual and store targets. The role also involves coordinating with the inventory and logistics teams for timely delivery, maintaining accurate records in the sales system,



and supporting visual merchandising and product displays.

The Sales

Executive will build long-term relationships with dealers, designers and homeowners, represent the brand professionally and provide consistent, reliable service.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong sales and customer service skills, including lead follow-up, negotiation and relationship-building.
- Candidates should possess communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain product features clearly and handle queries in English and local languages.
- Candidates should possess basic business and retail operations skills, such as handling billing, maintaining records and working with POS or CRM systems.
- Candidates should possess product awareness and an interest in interiors, with the ability to learn about fabrics, furnishings, and design trends.
- Relevant experience in showroom sales, retail, interior products or building materials is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, including weekends and retail peak hours, and collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
- Minimum educational qualification: High school diploma or equivalent; a graduate degree in business, marketing or a related field is an advantage.
