About PU Prime

PU Prime is a global Forex and CFD broker serving clients across international markets. We are looking for an experienced Sales Director to lead our India sales operations, expand our business, and drive sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow PU Prime’s business in India.
- Lead and manage your existing sales team to achieve business targets.
- Drive Net Deposits, trading volume, client acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Manage and develop Team Leaders, Senior BDMs, and BDMs.
- Expand business through IBs, affiliates, and strategic partnerships.
- Set monthly targets and KPIs, monitor performance, and improve team productivity.
- Build strong relationships with key IBs, partners, and high-value clients.
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with Marketing and other departments to support growth.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales or Business Development within the Forex / FX & CFD industry.
- Previous experience as a Sales Director, Country Manager, Regional Sales Head,



or equivalent.
- Must have your own existing sales team in India and be ready to bring and manage the team.
- Strong existing network of IBs, affiliates, and active clients in the Indian market.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating Net Deposits.
- Experience managing Team Leaders and multiple sales teams.
- Strong knowledge of Forex, CFDs, MT4/MT5, and IB partnership models.
- Ability to provide the last 3 months of sales performance records and supporting evidence.
- Excellent leadership, strategic planning, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Hindi.
