Polaris School of Technology is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Counsellor to join our Bengaluru team.

? Key Responsibilities

Counsel prospective students and parents and understand their educational and career goals.

Manage the complete sales journey from lead generation → counselling → follow-up → conversion → enrolment.

Drive sales and enrolment through effective counselling and relationship building.

Handle objections related to fees, ROI, career outcomes, and program suitability.

Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Maintain accurate and timely updates in the CRM.

Consistently achieve sales, revenue, and enrolment targets.

Build strong relationships with prospective students and parents throughout the decision-making process.

? What We're Looking For

3–4 years of experience in Sales,



Inside Sales, Admissions, Education Sales, or a similar role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are mandatory.

Proven experience in selling high-ticket courses, programs, or premium products/services.

Experience in EdTech, colleges, universities, or educational institutions will be preferred.

Strong skills in counselling, objection handling, negotiation, and closing.

Experience managing leads, follow-ups, sales pipelines, and conversion targets.

Strong ownership, accountability, and a target-driven mindset.

Ability to influence and guide customers while maintaining a consultative approach.

We’re looking for someone who can Counsel + Influence + Close — not just explain a course.
