Role Description The Sales Coordinator role at Damsure.in is a full-time, in office position based in Malappuram.

The Sales

Coordinator will support the sales team by managing daily sales operations, preparing quotations and proposals, tracking orders, and updating sales records. The role includes coordinating with customers and internal teams to schedule meetings, follow up on inquiries, and ensure timely delivery of products and services.

Coordinator will handle customer communication, respond to basic product queries, and escalate technical questions to the appropriate specialists. This position also involves assisting with sales reports, maintaining CRM or sales databases, and supporting franchise and distribution partners as needed.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Sales Coordination and Sales Operations skills to manage pipelines, documentation, and follow-ups effectively.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales and Customer Service skills to build relationships, handle inquiries, and support clients throughout the sales process.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken and written communication, to interact with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess basic proficiency in MS Office or similar tools, along with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Prior experience in sales support, coordination, or inside sales, preferably in construction materials or related industries, is beneficial.
