Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Anantapur. This role involves identifying and engaging prospective clients for training programs and technology services, conducting market research, and supporting the development of sales strategies. The specialist will manage marketing campaigns, both online and offline, including social media, email outreach, and promotional events to increase brand visibility and lead generation.

Daily responsibilities include preparing sales presentations, following up on leads,



maintaining client relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to align offerings with market needs. The role also includes tracking performance metrics, providing regular reports, and contributing ideas to improve sales and marketing effectiveness.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client outreach, and relationship management.
- Core marketing skills such as campaign planning, digital marketing, social media management, and basic content creation.
- Analytical skills for market research, competitor analysis, and performance tracking using tools like spreadsheets and CRM software.
- Communication and presentation skills to explain services clearly, conduct product demos, and negotiate with clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work in office in Anantapur, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
