Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role involves identifying and qualifying leads, conducting outreach to prospective clients, and presenting BnS Groups’ services to buyers, suppliers, and factory owners. The specialist will manage the sales pipeline, follow up on inquiries, negotiate terms within established guidelines, and support clients throughout the onboarding process.

Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating marketing campaigns, creating basic promotional materials, participating in events or meetings,



and gathering market feedback to refine sales strategies. The role also requires close collaboration with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and consistent communication with partners across the manufacturing network.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive lead generation, manage pipelines, and achieve revenue targets.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to guide clients and colleagues on platform features, processes, and best practices.
- Candidates should have proficiency with CRM tools, basic marketing techniques, and data-driven decision-making.
- Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Candidates should demonstrate the ability to work on-site in the Pune Division, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate in a cross-functional workplace.
- Experience in manufacturing, B2B sales, or platform-based services is an advantage.
