Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based at Innov8 Workspaces in Chennai. The specialist will identify and engage prospective clients, conduct sales presentations, manage leads, and support conversions for workspace memberships and corporate office solutions. This role will also involve executing local marketing campaigns, coordinating promotional events, managing digital and offline brand presence, and collaborating with the community and operations teams to drive occupancy and retention.

The specialist will track sales and marketing performance,



prepare reports, and provide insights to improve strategies and customer experience. Regular interaction with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders will be required to maintain strong relationships and represent Innov8’s brand values.

Qualifications

- Strong sales skills with experience in lead generation, client outreach, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Marketing capabilities including campaign planning, digital marketing basics, social media handling, and branding support.
- Customer relationship skills with a focus on client servicing, community engagement, and building long-term partnerships.
- Analytical abilities to track performance metrics, prepare reports, and use data to refine sales and marketing efforts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confident presentation and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; experience in coworking, real estate, or hospitality is an advantage.

- Comfort with basic office software and CRM tools, and a proactive, goal-oriented approach to achieving targets.
