Key Responsibilities
Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
Provide information about our services, offers, and promotions to clients.
Handle client bookings, schedule appointments, and manage front desk operations.
Process client payments and manage billing inquiries.
Collaborate with the sales team to promote and upsell products and services.
Follow up on leads and inquiries, converting them into sales.
Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and maintaining client records.
Handle any client concerns or issues professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Provide tours of the facility and explain service offerings in detail.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth client experiences.
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Preferred Skills
